Eurosens MWS universal liquid level sensor could be used for the level monitoring of liquids. Having standard RS485 MODBUS interface it could be connected to the GPS trackers for remote liquid level monitoring. MWS sensors have same mounting with Eurosens Dominator fuel level sensors.
In some cases Eurosens MWS sensors can measure luquid level through the top of plastic tank without drilling.
